At JNOD, we believe great work starts with great people—and what better way to honor that than a festive team building to wrap up the year?
This December, our team traded desks for a sunlit lawn, swapping spreadsheets for silly games, shared meals, and holiday cheer. We laughed over impromptu competitions, bonded over a (slightly lopsided) Christmas tree decoration session, and savored homemade treats (the mini fruit tarts were a fan favorite). As the day turned to night, we gathered to reflect on the year’s wins—and dream up new ones (with a few more snacks, of course).
Moments like these aren’t just “fun”—they’re how we build trust, creativity, and the kind of teamwork that makes big things happen. We’re so proud of this crew, and can’t wait to take this energy into 2026.
